1. Shipping/Policies

Everything is shipped via USPS - First Class mail for all domestic and international orders. 

Tracking is provided for all packages. I am not responsible for orders lost of damaged by USPS.

All packages are insured through USPS. If you have an issue with your package, please contact USPS first, me second. I am here to help!

2. How long will my order take?

All orders are shipped every Monday! If you place an order on Monday, it will ship the following week.

Most items are Ready-to-Ship.

Made-to-Order items have a turn around time listed in the item description. Most turn around times are 3-4 weeks.

3. What are the tops made out of?

Every top is handmade out of either 100% cotton or 100% acrylic yarn (or a combination of both!) The yarn type is specified in the item descriptions. Trippy Hippie Threads is an entirely vegan crochet business. No lamb babies are harmed in the making of any tops!

4. What is vegan crochet? Is it eco-friendly?

Vegan crochet means that I do not use any yarn made from animal fibers. I mainly use cotton yarn, and occasionally acrylic. 

I also use second hand yarn, which is the defining feature of a truly eco-friendly crochet business. All shipping supplies are either reused or biodegradable. 

I use scrap/left over yarn to create sustainable household products as well!

5. Return Policy

I do not accept refunds. If there is an issue with your order, message me! Please reference the size guide in order to avoid buying the wrong size.

I am not currently taking custom orders.
