M - Cup is 7.5 inches wide

34C, 36B, 38A, 32D, 30DD 

L - Cup is 8.5 inches wide 

34D, 36C, 38B, 40A, 32DD

XL - Cup is 10 inches wide

38C, 38D, 34DD, 36DD, 36D, 40B, 40C 

 

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CHECK MY SIZE?

1) Find a bra you like the coverage of

2) Measure the width of one of the cups

3) Compare that measurement to the sizes above!
